respondent no. 2(a) from the cause title of memo of appeal. It is
submitted that legal heirs of respondent no. 2(a) are already on record.
Under the circumstance, name of respondent no. 2(a) be deleted from
the cause title of memo of appeal at the risk of appellant.

Learned counsel for the appellant is directed to make
necessary correction in cause title of memo of appeal in course of
day.
