On the matter being taken up, request has come forward on behalf of
the petitioner that application under the Agricultural Debt Waiver and
Debt Relief Scheme-2008 has not at all being considered.
On the matter being taken up today Sri Maneesh Mehrotra, Advocate
representing Bank contended that application in question has already
been decided.
Once this is factual position which is being informed by learned
counsel for the Bank and it is being contended that till date copy of the
same has not been communicated to petitioner, in this background
concerned Branch Manager, of concerned Bank is directed to supply
copy of the said decision so taken by the Bank to the petitioner within
four weeks from the presentation of certified copy of this order.
With the above direction present writ petition is disposed of.
