Heard learned Counsel for the parties.
After arguing the matter at length, learned Counsel for the petitioner
submits that he does not want to press the writ petition, but restricts his
prayer to the extent that the representation dated 7.4.2010, contained in
Annexure No. 14 to the writ petition, may be directed to be decided by
the opposite party No.2, expeditiously, to which learned Standing
Counsel has no objection.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. However, it is provided that
the opposite party no.2 is directed to decide the representation dated
7.4.2010, contained in Annexure No.14 to the writ petition, within a
maximum period of two months, from the date of receipt of a certified
copy of this order.
