Heard learned counsel for the applicants and the learned A.G.A.
It is contended by the learned counsel for the applicants that the injured
was beaten on 13.3.2010 at about 11 O’clock in which he sustained
injuries but according to the medical examination report, he was
medically examined on 12.3.2010, one day prior the alleged incident.
The learned A.G.A. prays for and is granted four weeks time to file
counter affidavit.
Issue notice to O.P. 2 returnable within a period of four weeks.
In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicants
and the learned A.G.A. further proceedings in complaint case no. 5916 of
2010 under sections 324,504,506 I.P.C. pending in the court of Chief
Judicial Magistrate, Rampur shall remain stayed till the next date of
listing.
List after four weeks for order before the appropriate Bench.
