Through para-5 of affidavit of compliance it has been submitted
that the petitioner has been given promotional benefits w.e.f.
10.12.1998 by means of order dated 13.7.2001, upon perusal of
which I am satisfied with the action of the opposite parties.
Therefore, the contempt petition is dismissed and the notices
issued to the opposite parties 2 and 3 are hereby discharged.
