2 2.8.2011 This is an application for restoration

of Cr.Misc.No. 38122 of 2010 which stood

dismissed on 20.6.2011 for non-prosecution on

behalf of petitioner.

However, it is submitted that the

counsel for the petitioner was suffering from

fever and due to that reason he could not appear

when the case was called out and the case stood

dismissed for non-prosecution.

As such, it is prayed that the case be

restored to its original file.

In view of submissions, the restoration

application is allowed and Cr.Misc.No. 38122 of

2010 is restored to its original file.
