Learned A.G.A. files counter affidavit, which is taken on record.

The grievance of the petitioner is that his daughter was kidnapped by the
accused on 30.3.2010 but the Investigating Officer could not recover her so
far.

Counter affidavit filed by the A.G.A. it has been stated that the prosecutrix
had voluntarily married with Pankaj Joshi but it does not appear that the
Investigating Officer has taken the statement of Pankaj Joshi or the
prosecutrix. It will, therefore, be proper to summon the Investigating Officer
to know the current status of the investigation, therefore, summon the
Investigating Officer on 20.8.2010 along with the case diary.
