ORDER

When
the matter is taken up for final hearing, Mr.Shastri, learned Counsel
appearing for the petitioner under the instructions of his client
states that as per the award the permanency benefits has been
granted. However, for the monitory benefits, the negotiations are
going on between the petitioner – Union and the Municipality
and the proceedings are also initiated before the Labour Court. Under
the circumstances, learned Counsel for the petitioner does not press
the present petition.

2. Permission,
as prayed for, is granted. Disposed of as not pressed. Rule is
discharged. Interim-relief, if any, stands vacated.
