She had inquired by the court and she stated that she has settled her dispute
with her husband.

crime no. 49 of 2009, under sections 498-A, 323, 504 I.P.C., P.S. Mahila
Thana, District Mathura, pending in the court of C.J.M. Mathura, shall remain
stayed on that date both parties shall appear in person before this Court.
