Let notice be issued to the Opposite Party No.2, on his present
and correct address, under registered cover with A/D as well as by ordinary
process to which requisites etc. must be filed within one week, failing to which
this petition shall stand rejected without further reference to the Bench.

Put up this case after three weeks.

In the meantime, there shall be stay of further proceeding in
Complaint Case No. 516 of 2008, pending in the Court of Smt. Kusum Kumari,
Judicial Magistrate, Bokaro as against the petitioners till the next date.
