the matter be referred to the Patna High Court,

Conciliation/Mediation Centre.

Put up after four months.

In the mean while, the further proceeding in

Complaint case No.762 of 2007 pending in the court of

S.D.J.M., Bikramganj, District Rohtas shall remain stayed.

Since the opposite party no.2 has already

appeared, there is no need for further notice to him.

It is expected that the husband of the opposite

party no.2 will join in the Mediation proceeding.
