Issue notice to opposite party no.2 to show

cause as to why this application should not be heard and

preferably be disposed of at the admission stage itself.

Requisites for notice under both means, ordinary

as well as by registered post with acknowledgement due must

be filed within one week from today, failing which the

application shall stand rejected without further reference to

Bench.

During the pendency of this application, further

proceedings in Singhia P.S. Case no. 75 of 2007 pending

before Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rosera

(Samastipur) shall remain stayed.
