appellants, four weeks time is granted to file affidavit

showing jointness of the respondent nos.1(a)(A) and

1(a)(B) with respondent no.1(a)(C) and also jointness

of respondent nos.1(b)(B) to 1(b)(D) with respondent

no.1(b)(A). The appeal notice on respondent

nos.6(a)(A) and 6(a)(B) is accepted as valid service.

Likewise, the appeal notice on respondent nos.1(a)(C)

and 1(b)(A) is also accepted as valid service.
