counsel for the petitioner seeks permission

to withdraw this application in order to

enable the petitioner to file self-contained

representation before the Secretary of the

Bihar School Examination Board.

This application is, accordingly,

permitted to be withdrawn with the

aforementioned liberty.

It is, however, made clear that the

petitioner will have no liberty to move this

Court again for the same cause of action.
