No. 483 of 2009 as to why till date the case has not been

committed to the court of Session.

Also Call for legible carbon copy of the case diary of

above mentioned case from the court of Chief Judicial

Magistrate, Samastipur, so as to reach this Court within three

weeks and put up after receipt of the same.
