This application is misconceived as there is no requirement to extend the time
for service of a copy of the order dated 27.1.2009 before the respondents. This
application is, accordingly, disposed of with the direction that in case if the
proceedings in response to the show cause notice dated 19.5.2008 have yet
not concluded, the same shall be done expeditiously only after considering the
reply of the petitioner, which the petitioner states has already been filed, and
if found necessary by the licensing authority, after giving opportunity of
hearing to the petitioner.
