Shri Siddharth appearing for the Canara Bank states that though
the petitioner is 54 year’s old, he has not been transferred from the
State of UP in his entire length of service. He has instruction to
state that the petitioner is a good officer with high level integrity
and that according to the current policy of the bank, such officers
are being sent to manage a sensitive branch. The petitioner has
been posted to Hisar for managing sensitive branches.
It is also stated that the petitioner is likely to be promoted in due
course very soon.
Put up on Monday to be taken up as unlisted matter.
Shri Siddharth will produce the latest policy of the bank and the
instructions in writing. He will also inform the reasonable period
within which the petitioner is expecting next promotion.
