Heard learned counsel for the applicants and the learned AGA.

The applicant is permitted to deposit money with the Mediation Centre
positively by coming Monday. In case he fails, Mediation Centre is directed
to make a report to that effect and thereafter, the case is directed to be listed in
the cause list on 26th July, 2010. In case the money is deposited, mediator
shall under take the mediation proceedings. In that event the case is directed
to be listed on 25th October, 2010 along with report of mediator.

In the event, deposit of payment of money, stay order will be extended till the
next date of listing.
