The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a
direction to the Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board to provide the marks
sheet of the petitioner who has passed the Madhyama examination
conducted by the Board in the year 1998.
The petitioner was a student of Jugeshwar Ram
Swaroop Ramsagar Sanskrit High School, Mahinathpur,
Madhubani. The provisional certificate of the petitioner was sent o
the school in question. However, the marks sheet was not
provided. The petitioner has filed several representations to the
Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board for grant of his marks sheet.
However, the marks sheet and the certificate was not issued by
respondents 2 to 4.
I accordingly direct that the petitioner should file an
application before respondent no.4, the Examination Controller,
Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board duly forwarded by the Principal of
Jugeshwa Ram Swaroop Ramsagar Sanskrit High school,
Mahinathpur. On receipt of the said application respondent no.4
should issue the certificate and the marks sheet to the petitioner
within a period of three months.
This writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
