ORDER

1. The
learned Counsel for the petitioner stated that the petitioner,
original accused No.3, had never been the Managing Director of the
Yamu Panchayat Retail Private Limited. He is, therefore, falsely
involved in the cheque bouncing complaint at Annexure-P-1 ,
bearing Criminal Case No.16610 of 2009, dated 22.07.2009.

2. Considering
the submissions made, issue NOTICE, making it
returnable on 9th
September, 2010. Mr. Maulik G. Nanavati, learned APP, waives
service of notice, on behalf of respondent No.1-State.

3. Ad-interim-relief
in terms of Para-8(D). Direct service is permitted.
