                            J U D G M E N T

The prayers sought for in this writ petition are covered against

the petitioner by the Division Bench decision of this Court reported

in Deepak Krishna v. District Registrar {2007(3) KLT 570}. In view

of this, the writ petition lacks merits and is only to be dismissed. I

do so.
