The limited prayer is for a direction to the

Family Court, Thiruvalla to issue carbon copy of the

judgment in O.P.No.37 of 2006, on the file of the said

Court. In the facts and circumstances of the case,

there will be a direction to the Family Court,

Thiruvalla to issue copy of the judgment in O.P.No.37

of 2006, if not already issued, within a week from the

date of production of a copy of this judgment.
