ORDER
1. The
present application has been preferred by the applicant-original
petitioner to modify the order dated 22/03/2010 passed by this Court
in Company Petition No. 195/2009 by permitting the applicant to
publish the advertisement in Indian Express (English daily),
Ahmedabad edition instead of Times of India (English daily),
Ahmedabad edition and Loksatta-Jansatta (Gujarati daily), Ahmedabad
edition instead of Gujarat Samachar (Gujarati daily), Ahmedabad
edition.
2. Having
heard the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicant and
considering the averments made in the application, the present
application is allowed and the order passed by this Court dated
22/03/2010 in Company Petition No. 195/2009 is hereby modified to
the extent that the applicant is permitted to publish the
advertisement in Indian Express (English daily), Ahmedabad instead of
Times of India (English daily and Loksatta-Jansatta (Gujarati daily)
instead of Gujarat Samachar (Gujarati daily). Publication in the
Government Gazette is dispensed with.
3. With
this, the present application is allowed.
