Heard Sri S.S.P. Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioner.

The Sub Divisional Magistrate, Sadar, Azamgarh has rejected the
representation of the petitioner on 16.10.2006 after recording a finding that
the resolution for grant of fair price shop was not signed by the Gram Pradhan
of the Goan Sabha. Unsigned resolution will not confer any right on the
petitioner.

We do not find any illegality in the impugned order dated 17.11.2007 passed
by Sub Divisional Magistrate, Sadar, Azamgarh.

The writ petition is devoid of any merits and it is accordingly dismissed.
