Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Sri I.H.Farooqui, Assistant Solicitor General, appearing on behalf of the
opposite party states that representation of the petitioner as directed by this
Court vide order dated 27.11.2009 has been disposed of.

In this view of the matter, nothing more is required to be adjudicated in this
contempt petition. It is accordingly dismissed. However, it will be open to
the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order before the appropriate forum.
