Learned counsel for contesting respondents
prays that instead of of deciding modification
application entire writ petition may be decided
as according to him his client has been deprived
of his entire chak. Without recording any finding
regarding the assertion that contesting
respondent has been deprived of his entire
chak the prayer of the learned counsel for the
respondent for listing of the case for
admission/final disposal after a week or so is
accepted. Counter and rejoinder affidavits have
already been exchanged hence list for
admission/final disposal before appropriate
court in top ten cases on 10.2.2010. Today a
supplementary affidavit has been filed by
learned counsel for the petitioner and a chart
has been provided by learned counsel for
contesting respondent which are taken and
placed on record.
