1. Learned advocate
for the petitioners Mr.Trivedi submits that the petitions are similar
to the petitions being Special Civil Application Nos.10192 to 10204
of 2008, wherein this Hon’ble Court was pleased to issue notice on
08.08.2008 returnable on 26.08.2008 along with notice as to interim
relief on the same day. He further submitted that the Court was
pleased to protect the interest of the petitioners by granting ad
interim relief in terms of para 6(b) of those petitions.
Those petitions were
on board today and the matters are now adjourned to 15.09.2008 and ad
interim relief granted earlier is ordered to continue till further
orders.
2. NOTICE
returnable on 15.09.2008. NOTICE as to interim
relief returnable on the same day. Mr.Raval, learned Asst
Solicitor General of India, waives service of notice on behalf of
respondent No.1.
In the meantime, ad
interim relief in terms of para 6(b).
