86. 28.1.2011 It is stated by the Official Liquidator that

certain proceedings are pending before the DRAT,

Kolkata in the present matter which may have some

bearing on the ultimate amount to be adjudicated in

favour of the secured creditors.

As prayed for by him, put up after six

months.
