ORDER

As
per the the report filed by the Official Liquidator on 13.8.2008,
the Applicant is entitled to 60% of Rs.2,61,789/- which comes to
Rs.1,57,073/-. The amount of Rs.28,724/- has already been paid to
the Applicant and hence the balance amount of Rs.1,38,349/- is to be
paid to the Applicant-Workman.

Mr.

V.M.Dhotre, the learned advocate appearing for the Applicant states
that there is an error in the calculation. He has filed detailed
affidavit in reply. Pending re-verification of the balance claim,
the Official Liquidator is hereby directed to issue a cheqe of
Rs.1,38,349/- in favour of the Applicant. Cheque may also be drawn
in favour of the secured creditors of the equivalent amount.
