02. 09.12.2010 Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to
implead the informant as Opposite Party No. 2.
It has been submitted that two First Information
Reports are instituted for the same cause of action which
is totally unjustified.
Issue notice to Opposite Party No. 2 as to why
this application be not disposed off at the stage of
admission itself by both processes i.e. ordinary process as
well as registered cover with A/D for which requisites etc.
must be filed within ten days, failing which this
application shall stand dismissed without further
reference to a Bench.
The rule is made returnable within three
months.
No coercive steps shall be taken till further
orders in connection with Hazipur S.C./S.T. P.S. Case No.
54 of 2010.
