The present
application is for bringing on record the legal heirs of Laxmiben
Zaverbhai Shah-original claimant no.1 in the proceedings before the
Tribunal who has submitted First Appeal No. 424 of 2010.

It appears that
registration of death certificate is produced. No other adverse
circumstances are brought to the notice of this Court.

Hence, considering
the facts and circumstances, the applicant is permitted to bring on
record the legal heirs of deceased Laxmiben Zaverbhai Shah without
prejudice to the rights and contentions of the respondent in the
respective main First Appeal.

The application is
disposed of.
