Respected sir, I request you to send me the judgements about paying less gratuity to their employees. Is it correct or ( paying less gratuity) is it a right to get full gratuity which is liable to her. Please mail me the judgements of such cases. I was working in a reputed school and retired after 35years of service. But they paid less than what I should get. So I filed the case in labour court. Judgement was reserved on 21st October ,2014. But till today judgement was not pronounced. Will I get justice or not also I am not aware of it. After requesting for early judgement judge is not responding. Now what should I do? Where should I go? To whom should I approach? I donot know. Please help me in this regard please please sir. Thank you .

In case of a land when a principal is giving power of attorney to agent to sell his land of which he is an absolute owner at the time of giving the power of attorney but after several months if he is assigning his right of the land to his son under the family partition,then what would be the effect of the power of attorney given to his agent to sell the property since the principal has given away his rights in favour of his son.pl explain in details and if possible suggest supreme court judgements to support it.

I have property of both movable/immovable of my own earned can be bequeathed to any body except wife [ even after wife alive]
