Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.

The petitioner is aggrieved by the marks awarded to him in the selection of
Police Constables. Admittedly, petitioner being an Other Backward Class
candidate has got lesser marks than the minimum cut of marks fixed for the
selection of the Other Backward Class candidates, therefore, no relief can be
granted to him.

The writ petition is devoid of merits and is hereby dismissed.

No order as to costs.
