This
petition is preferred by an earthquake affected person. It is
submitted that pursuant to appeal certain town planning scheme are
prepared and are modified. The petitioner is aggrieved by certain
clauses in the town planning scheme, as a result of which he would be
deprived of original premises of his shop. Hence aggrieved by such
actions, the petitioner has preferred suit in the trial court in
which Exh. 5 application for interim relief has been filed and the
same came to be rejected. Against such order, present petition is
preferred, however, with a view to taking instructions about present
state of affairs, the petitioner’s advocate needs some time. This
matter is being adjourned from time to time since long, however as
the same is preferred by earthquake affected person, request for time
