Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned AGA and
perused the record.
The applicants Hine Salu Mao and Geet Chandra have filed this bail
application in case crime no. 266 of 2010 under sections 379, 411, 420, 467,
468 and 471 IPC, P.S. Gomti Nagar, District Lucknow.
The learned counsel for the applicants submitted that the applicants were
found in possession of one Bolero Jeep. It was next submitted that they got
the vehicle transferred in their name in the concerned transport office and also
obtained insurance of the vehicle.
The learned AGA on the other hand submitted that the RC and insurance in
favour of the applicants are forged. It was also submitted that the vehicle was
stolen from Lucknow and was recovered from Asham.
In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, nature of the evidence and
complicity of the applicants, I do not find it proper to enlarge the applicants
on bail, therefore, their bail application is rejected at this stage.
