ORDER
The
applicant, Hirabhai Mohanbhai Patel, party-in-person, has submitted
that earlier advocate Mr. M.H. Pathak appointed by the Legal
Committee to represent his case, has already retired from the case
and he again wants legal assistance through the Legal Aid Committee
of this Court. Mr. C.L. Soni learned advocate present in the Court,
has volunteered to appear in the case for the applicant to represent
his case in this proceedings. Since the applicant does not have all
the papers of his case, the office is directed to supply the copies
of papers of this revision application to learned advocate Mr. C.L.
Soni within two days. The matter is adjourned to 29.4.2011. The
expenses and fees of Mr. CL Soni shall be borne by the Legal Aid
Committee, High Court of Gujarat.
