It was reported through the present interlocutory

application that appellant no.1, Hiraman Yadav died on

5.6.2010. In the light of this application a report was also called

for from the Superintendent of Police, Jamui. That report

appears at Flag ‘B’ which also supports the death of appellant

Hiraman Yadav on 5.6.2010, as a result of which the appeal

against appellant No.1 Hiraman Yadav stands abated as regards

his sentence of imprisonment.

This appeal shall now survive for appellants

Gulabi Devi and Ashok Yadav.
