                           J U D G M E N T

Petitioner has filed Ext.P5 appeal before the 1st respondent

aggrieved by Ext.P1 order passed by the 2nd respondent.

2. In this writ petition, what is sought for is an expeditious

disposal of the appeal.

Having regard to the pendency of the appeal, I dispose of

this writ petition directing the 1st respondent to pass orders on

Ext.P5 as expeditiously as possible, at any rate within 8 weeks of

production of a copy of this judgment along with a copy of this

writ petition.
