Learned Counsel for the petitioner/applicant submits that he does not
want to press the writ petition as the charges levelled against the
petitioner have not been found in the enquiry and the disciplinary
proceeding has also been cancelled vide order dated 22.12.2009
against the petitioner, a copy whereof is Annexure A1 on record.
Further, he submits that the writ petition may be dismissed as
withdrawn.

In view of above, the application is allowed and the writ petition is
dismissed as withdrawn.
