We have heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners have filed this writ petition praying for a writ of mandamus
directing the court below to decide the injunction application. No such
mandamus can be issued to the court below. It is always open to the
petitioners to make appropriate application before the District Judge.

Subject to the observations made above, the writ petition is dismissed.
