Prayer of accused Sunil Kumar for release on interim bail in
case FIR No. 55 dated 12.8.2011 under sections 307, 506 IPC and section
27 of Arms Act, Police Station Sector-20, Panchkula is being disposed of by
this order.
The petitioner has prayed for interim bail on the plea that his
marriage is fixed for 12.11.2011.
Learned State counsel, on instructions from Chandi Ram SI,
affirms that marriage of the petitioner is fixed for 12.11.2011. Counsel for
the petitioner also referred to affidavit Annexure P/1 submitted by the
complainant affirming that it was accidental fire.
Without expressing any opinion on merits of the case or on
merits of the main petition for regular bail, since marriage of the petitioner
is fixed for 12.11.2011, his prayer for interim bail is allowed. He shall be
released on interim bail for 10 days on furnishing bail bonds to the

satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate/Duty Magistrate,
Panchkula.
Copy of the order be given Dasti to counsel for the petitioner
under the signatures of Special Secretary of the Bench.
