Heard Sri R.P.Agrawal learned counsel appearing
for the petitioner and Sri Dinesh Kakkar has put in
appearance on behalf of the respondent company.
The respondent company has filed the status report
six months ago. Thereafter this Court had directed
that status report be filed within two months vide
order dated 8.10.2009 but the same has not been
filed till date. Sri Dinesh Kakkar submits that two
weeks time be allowed for compliance of this
court’s order dated 8.10.2009.Let the matter be
placed after two weeks to enable Sri Kakkar to file
status report and he may also file the minutes of the
proceedings before BIFR.

List this case after two weeks.
