For the redressal of his grievance petitioner is relegated to
approach the respondent no.1 to this writ petition by way of filing
an application along with the certified copy of this order raising all
his grievance which has been taken in this writ petition
The respondent no.1 to this writ petition is directed to decide the
application of the petitioner by speaking order in accordance with
law, if possible within a period of one month from the date of
receipt of a certified copy of this order. The petitioner will be
afforded opportunity of hearing before passing the order.
The concerned authority after taking decision on the representation
of the petitioner will communicate the same to the petitioner.
With the aforesaid directing the writ petition is disposed of finally.
