2. 14.11.2011 In view of the facts stated in the complaint

relating to offence under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian

Penal Code in connection with complaint case No. 98 of

2009 and statement made in the affidavit in support of bail

application, in my opinion, it is not a fit case in which

applicant should be released on bail

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is

rejected.
