Considering
the facts and circumstances, it appears that the main matter came to
be dismissed on account of non-removal of office objection.

The
learned counsel states that all office objections shall be removed if
the main matter is restored.

Hence,
the main First Appeal is restored on the condition that the applicant
removes all office objections within two weeks and the same is
verified by office. Disposed of accordingly.
