respondents prays for adjournment of the matter to produce the
original records which contains the second Show Cause Notice
No.1639 dated 07.08.2006 (Annexure No.3 to the writ petition)
which contains an endorsement that the petitioner has received it
on 31.08.2006.

Learned Standing Counsel may obtain the original records from
the office of the District Supply Officer, Kaushambi and produce
the records alongwith aforementioned second show cause notice
on 26.08.2010.
