3. 10.11.2010. As prayed for, three weeks’ time is granted to the

petitioners for removing the defect nos.1, 2 and 3 as pointed

out by the Stamp Report dated 4.11.2010 , failing which this

Civil Revision shall stand rejected without further reference

to a Bench.

So far as defect no.4 is concerned, let the same be

considered at the time of admission of this Civil Revision.
