Case No. 238 of 2010 along with injury report from the court of the

Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran, and

also a report about the antecedents of the petitioner, who is accused

in the aforesaid case, from the Superintendent of Police, Bagaha, so

as to reach this Court within three weeks next.

Also call for an explanation from the Court below as to

why he has not committed the case to the Court of Sessions.
