ORDER
This
Court has passed an order on 19th July, 2010, directing
the Official Liquidator to file the copy of compliance report which
he has earlier filed pursuant to the order of winding up passed by
this Court. In response to this order, the Official Liquidator has
filed his report on 28th July, 2010, wherein it is stated
that he has made all efforts to find out the compliance report.
However, the possession file, and other relevant files i.e.
compliance report are not received by his office. He has also
inquired with O.J. Department of this Court on 20th July,
2010 and it was communicated by the Registry that the compliance
report has not been filed in the matter.
The
Official Liquidator has, therefore, asked for some more time to find
out the possession file and other relevant files including the
compliance report, if any, and thereafter to file a detailed report
in this regard.
The
matter is, therefore, adjourned to 25th
August, 2010.
