THE MINISTER OF RAILWAYS (SHRI NITISH KUMAR): I beg to move for leave to introduce a Bill to authorise payment and appropriation of certain further sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of India for the services of the financial year 2002-2003 for the purposes of Railways.
MR. CHAIRMAN: The question is:
“That leave be granted to introduce a Bill to authorise payment and appropriation of certain further sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of India for the services of the financial year 2002-2003 for the purposes of Railways.”
